			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, Inc. today announced that Auto Italia Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of its 49%-owned entity Technorient Ltd., delivered two of only three FXX Evolution models to be built by Ferrari to Hong Kong customers during a handover ceremony in Fiorano, Italy, near the Italian car company&#8217;s factory on Wednesday 23 July. The third car was presented to a European client.</p>

<p>Despite demand for the (approx.) US$2.8m super-sports car from numerous Ferrari collectors around the world, Auto Italia Ltd. proved successful in its bid to have two of the three allocated to its customers. Both clients exceeded the strict criteria set by Ferrari for ownership of this addition to its limited series range.</p>
<p>The FXX Evolution is a more extreme development of Ferrari&#8217;s track-based FXX (of which 30 examples exist), itself a derivative of its coveted Enzo (total production of 400). Powered by a hand-built 6.2 litre V12 motor producing 860 bhp, the FXX Evolution has been developed to enable the three fortunate owners to participate in a development programme conceived by Ferrari to test new technology in its cars.</p>

<p>VEVA S60 targets female professionals with its unique and luxury design and features. Through cooperation with Swarovski, each VEVA S60 is decorated with 129 Swarovski crystal mosaic and 18K gold coating. As thin as 9.4 millimeters, VEVA S60 also has long standby time. Retail price stands at RMB1,980 (USD290) and nearly 100,000 units were sold in the second quarter of 2008. VEVA S60&#8217;s gross margin was 61%. CECT targets to sell 300,000 units of VEVA S60 in the third quarter of 2008. Taiwan star Miss Wu Peici was invited by CECT as the prolocutor for VEVA S60.</p>

<p>Figures from the FT house price index show the average annual growth rate in London over the past three months was 8.5%, challenging reports that the capitals housing market is in steep decline.</p>
<p>Fraser reports a steady increase in viewings translating into firm offers with the average rental yield also up, due to prices remaining consistent within Central London.</p>
<p>Within the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, City of Westminster, Barnet, Hammersmith and Fulham and Chelsea we have seen an average annual combined growth of 17.68%, he says.</p>
<p>With these figures it is not hard to see that although the UK as a whole may be slowing down Central London is enjoying its own property micro-climate.</p>

<p>It was Rassin&#8217;s killer combination of unique designs, the highest quality garments produced in New York City coupled with the huge trend of art and fashion fusion that made giants, Saks Fifth Avenue buy his entire collection before he had even sold one sample. The Saks customer expects a certain quality&#8217;, Rassin states, &#8216;and I intend to over-exceed expectations.</p>
<p>Rassin’s launch in the UK was at Nolcha’s Fashion Week: London during London Fashion Week where he showed his Fall 08 collection. His colourful catwalk show held at the Crystal Ballroom at The Mayfair Hotel, London produced a host of excitement.</p>
<p>Rassin’s aim and the reason his collection is so covetable is the fusion of fine art and fashion, luxury and demand. The most affluent gather at Palm Beach Fashion Week targeting Rassin’s trend savvy, independent market who places great importance on the luxury of clothing – another ideal platform to showcase the prestige of Laurance Rassin.</p>
<p>In only his second season, and with celebrities and buyers clamouring to wear and stock Rassin, where does this pioneering designer-artist find his inspiration to produce such covetable garments?</p>
